The Process:
Your portrait is created based on the photo you provide, so image quality and positioning are very important.
Photos must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving my email. For guidance on selecting the best image, please visit the FAQ page.
Turnaround & Shipping:
Each portrait is made to order and will be ready to ship within 4-6 weeks after your photos are received. Delay in photo submission may extend your turnaround time.

Due to the delicate nature of your portrait, please do not wash or remove it from the hoop or frame. To maintain its appearance, gently use a lint roller to remove dust or loose fibers, Spot clean only if needed.
