Shipping & Delivery Policy
All The Felted Heirloom pet portraits (“Products”) are custom-made to order.
Processing & Shipping Time
​
Production time varies by order. It may take up to four (4) to six (6) weeks for the portrait to be customized and completed. Once a portrait is completed, shipping may take approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks or sooner, depending on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will contact you once portrait(s) have been shipped out.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Method & Tracking
​
Shipping methods are selected at our discretion. Tracking information will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with artistic style or interpretation

Minor variations from reference photos

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Change of mind after purchase

Orders may not be canceled once work on the portrait has commenced.
Custom Artwork Disclaimer

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Each portrait is a handmade artistic interpretation created using the reference photos provided by the customer.

Variations in color, texture, proportions, expression, and overall appearance are inherent to handmade artwork and are not considered defects.

The final product may differ slightly from the reference images provided.
Such variations do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
